Join Mai Nguyen for a night of Vietnamese grilling, and you'll learn how to perfectly grill Lemongrass marinated Shrimp, Chicken and Pork then serve them 4 ways. Together with Mai, you'll learn to make Banh Mi, Salad Rolls, Vermicelli Bowls and Rice Bowls. So you'll leave your class armed with a set of recipes that you can adapt according to your whim, and on the fly. Our Friday night classes are perfect for a date night, time out with friends or for flying solo. Your experience includes a welcome drink, appetizer and dessert, and a meal of what we cook. A curated menu of wines, beers and mocktails is available for purchase on the night.

Join Chef Owner Kathryn Joel for a festive holiday class that draws on her childhood memories of a year living in Copenhagen and shares her love for Danish holiday traditions. The menu will feature classic Danish dishes, including Gravad Laks with Sennep-Dild Sauce, Flæskesteg (roast pork with crackling), and Rødkål (Danish red cabbage), alongside sweet treats like Pebernødder (ginger cookies) and a warm glass of Gløgg. Kathryn's class will transport you to the heart of Danish holiday celebrations, with a menu full of flavour and festive cheer.
Celebrate the festive season with a delicious Italian holiday feast. In this hands-on class, Chef Owner Kathryn Joel will guide you through creating iconic dishes that capture the essence of Italian holiday gatherings. Learn to make Spaghetti alle Vongole with perfectly cooked clams, Lasagne alla Bolognese with freshly made pasta and a sumptuous 3-meat ragu, plus a classic Tiramisu. For the perfect holiday treat, you'll also prepare Biscotti with white chocolate, almonds, and cranberries, to take home with you at the end of the night.
