Mai will walk you through three elegant party treats, starting with classic blinis that you can finish with your favourite toppings, from smoked salmon to caviar. You'll also make a batch of pastry to create two more delicious bites: Cheese Galettes; and Mixed Mushroom & Goat's Cheese Tarts. By the end of your class you'll have prepared a delicious dinner of small bites, plus you'll be equipped with an arsenal of new recipes for entertaining your friends and family this holiday season.

Next we'll assemble a tray of Cheese Straws, elevated with a twist of prosciutto and aged cheese. Then you'll learn to make Palmiers, both savoury and sweet. A classic French pastry bite, Palmiers are guaranteed to capture your heart.
