You’ll start with a pan-seared Swordfish appetizer, brightened by a vibrant Chermoula Sauce laced with preserved lemon. Next, you’ll prepare Harira, Morocco’s beloved chickpea, lentil, and tomato soup, enriched with homemade Harissa for a warming kick.
