Kick off your summer with our hands-on Sausage Making Workshop, taught by British craft butcher Elyse Chatterton, with cooking led by our Chef Owner Kathryn Joel. You’ll learn to make traditional English-style sausages, starting with Elyse’s Pork, Fennel & Apple blend, then work in pairs to create and stuff your own custom flavours. We’ll take things outdoors (weather permitting) to grill or smoke your handmade sausages, then sit down to a summery lunch featuring Grilled Sausage Sandwiches and Sausage Rolls made with Elyse’s classic Cumberland Sausage. You’ll head home with the sausages you make, along with the skills to keep making them all summer long.
