Join Mai Nguyen and Kathryn Joel for our first summer Patio Popup of 2022. We'll be firing up our BBQ as we make Vietnam's beloved Bun Cha, and partnering with Edmonton brewery Ale Architect for a fabulous beer pairing. Originating in Hanoi, Bun Cha combines aromatically spiced Pork Patties and Pork Belly slices, grilled on the BBQ, with a Nuoc Cham dipping sauce, Rice Noodles, Green Papaya & Carrot Pickles and handfuls of Fresh Greens and Herbs. Our Vegetarian Option features Tofu & Mushrooms and is available by advance request. We'll be including Mai's ever popular Banana Tapioca Pudding for dessert as well. Your $35 ticket price includes your serving of Bun Cha, an Ale Architect Django Spiced White Beer (or a non-alcoholic alternative), dessert and an 18% gratuity. GST is additional.
