Join Chef Cyrilles Koppert and learn to prepare and serve the Netherlands' famed "Rice Table", an elaborate Indonesian meal adapted by the Dutch and including Rice served with up to 40 side dishes. Cyrilles which teach you how to make his Shrimp Nasi Goreng centerpiece as well as a selection of side dishes including Chicken Satay, a Gado-Gado Salad of blanched vegetables with a Peanut Sauce and Kroepoek shrimp chips. Plan to end your class with a festive meal for family and friends, or leftovers to take you through the week!

Ingredients, Chicken Satay: chicken breast or thighs (boneless, skinless), garlic, sambal oelek, sweet soya (ABC brand kecap manis), white wine, brown sugar, lemongrass, ginger, turmeric, rice wine (Shaoxing Chinese Cooking Wine, Sake etc.), skewers (metal)

Ingredients, Peanut Sauce: smooth creamy peanut butter, onion, garlic, sambal oelek, curry powder, coconut milk, ground cumin, ginger

Ingredients, Seroendang: salted peanuts, onion, unsweetened shredded toasted coconut, curry powder, sambal oelek, cooking oil, garlic

Ingredients, Nasi Goreng: yellow curry powder (lalah madras), red onion, red pepper, zucchini, leeks, green cabbage, garlic, cooking oil, eggs, basmati rice, turmeric, Kroepoek, oil for deep frying

Ingredients, Gado-Gado: cauliflower, asparagus or beans, tomatoes, boy choy, bean sprouts, potatoes, hard boiled eggs, red chilies, broken fried kroepoek, tempeh or tofu, roasted peanuts, peanut sauce, onion, deep frying oil

Ingredients, Peanut Sauce: smooth creamy peanut butter, onion, garlic, sambal oelek, curry powder, coconut milk, ground cumin, ginger

Ingredients, Peanut Dressing: peanut sauce, lime, sesame oil, soy sauce, rice vinegar or white wine

Join Kathryn Joel online and learn to make Arroz Negro, a Catalan version of Paella that's flavoured and coloured with Cuttlefish Ink. A variation on a typical Seafood Paella, the Cuttleish Ink (more commonly called Squid Ink) is stirred into the stock adding a black hue and distinctive flavour.
