Our Friday night Chef's Table classes are perfect for a date night, time out with friends or for flying solo! Join Mai Nguyen for a night of Pastas to Impress, and you'll start the night with a welcome drink and Beef Carpaccio appetizer. Then you'll gather around our Chef's Table to learn two pastas that are guaranteed to up your dinner party game! We'll start with Mai's Egg Yolk Raviolo, a single egg yolk nestled in a ricotta nest then encased in fresh pasta. Finished with a Brown Butter Sauce and served with a Fennel & Orange Salad, Mai's Raviolo are both impressive and delicious. Next you'll learn to make Potato Gnocchi, and enjoy them with an Italian Sausage Sauce. Your Get Cooking Chef’s Table experience includes your welcome drink, appetizer and dessert, and a meal of what you cook. A curated menu of wines, beers and mocktails is available for purchase on the night.

Together we’ll explore the tastes of India as we make Matar Paneer, a classic North Indian curry of peas and fresh cheese in a spiced tomato gravy; Palak Murgh, tender chicken cooked in a fragrant spinach sauce; and Fish Molee, a light coconut-based fish curry from Kerala, in the south of India. These will be served with rice and a refreshing seasonal raita.
