As an added treat, you'll also discover the beloved Italian tradition of repurposing leftovers by learning to make Arancini—everyone's favourite stuffed, breaded, and deep-fried risotto balls. To complement these decadent delights, we'll whip up a perfectly spicy Arrabiata Sauce. Join us and master the essential techniques for creating perfect Risotto and Arancini, and enjoy the fruits of our labour as we indulge in our delicious Risottos and Arancini for dinner together.
